- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Bacon: In a large frying pan, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy (about 5-6 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the Garlic: In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Cook the Courgettes: Add the sliced courgettes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
