Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Lobster Tails:
    • Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail to expose the meat.
    • Gently lift the meat above the shell without detaching it completely.
    • Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
    • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
    • Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Assemble and Bake:
    • Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking dish.
    • Generously spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and paprika, if desired.
    • Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
