- 4 large potatoes, chopped into chunks
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 large onion, quartered
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a Dutch oven or deep roasting pan.
