- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Prepare the chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside. - Assemble the dish:
